Casa Bella Vista is located in the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, a county of unspoilt mountain-top villages, vinyards, olive groves and of course, Italian sun!
Casa Bella Vista is located via an 800 metre private 'white road' and nestles in an unspoilt valley adjacent to farm land, olive groves, woodland and vinyards. With North, South and South-West aspects and set in approximately one and a quarter acres, there is ample room for both sun-seekers and for those who enjoy relaxing in the shade with a good book.
Casa Bella Vista offers a quiet get-away with a rural aspect and yet is only five minutes drive from the nearest village. The locality provides ample local shops & supermarkets, restaurants with pools, cafe's and several cantina's where you can sample the local wines.
Casa Bella Vista is a fully equipped traditional family Italian farmhouse. You won't need to worry about the basics for self catering, crockery, glasses, bed linnen, towels etc - it's all provided.
